With a degree in Music Performance and Songwriting from the University of Colorado Denver and experience teaching at Denver schools such as DC21, Prep Academy, and Florence Crittenton, she blends technical instruction with emotional depth. Verena teaches piano, voice, and songwriting to beginner and intermediate students, guiding them to build confidence, musicality, and authenticity. Drawing from her work as a performer and band leader, she fosters an inspiring space where students not only learn to play and sing, but also to connect with themselves and the world through music.
